We believe that hoods across the country are capital and resource starved-not deficient in innovation, creativity and brilliance. We believe that communities know their solutions best and the fastest way to support them is to back Queer & Trans leaders of color to be the drivers of change.
TRAIN + REsource
Rooted in a Black Feminist framework-we center the lived experiences of Black Queer, Trans & NB women. While recognizing that all of us, as folks of color, in the US should be following the sovereignty lead of Indigenous Queer, Trans & NB folks. City Dibs supports community by offering capital, capacity building, sustainability tools, and community organizing power. We lift up innovative approaches to building intentional community for Queer & Trans folks of color.
